Last Saturday there was a card though my door, saying that Royal Mail had been and tried to deliver something… Now I wasn’t expecting anything that required a signature, or would not fit through the letterbox…

So I suspected it might be something Secret Santa related, but I had to wait until today to find out. Thankfully I work quite close to the collection point so I nipped around in my lunchtime earlier today.

I was right!

Only the one book this week, but what a book! As you may spotted on twitter this week when I tweeted about it, the very lovely @stormfilled managed to snag me a copy of Revolver by Marcus Sedgwick when he visited to give a talk recently.

Not only that, but she got it signed too!

And Secret Santa is Back!

Nymeth, along with her team of helpers is once again hosting the Book Blogger Holiday Swap!

The holiday swap is a way for book bloggers to connect and celebrate the holiday spirit by sharing gifts. It’s done secret Santa style; all of the participants are randomly assigned a blogger to send a gift to, and these assignments are kept secret until the gift has been delivered. So no one knows who their gift is coming from!

You can join in the fun by filling in the Google Form on the event’s introduction post. You have until the 12th of November to do so. You’ll then be randomly assigned another blogger, whose Secret Santa you’ll be!
