Clear off Your Shelves Challenge [Complete]
You would think that, starting yet another challenge this close to the end of the year, when I still have some work ahead of me to actually finish the rest of the ones I have signed up to is a little daft, wouldn’t you?
But this one allows and even encourages you have crossovers with other challenges, so we’re alright there, but what I really do like about it, is the focus it will give me on clearing the TBR pile!
I’ll let S.Krishna explain:
Any non-review books that are on your shelves and/or review copies that have been on your shelves for over six months. This means that recent review copies and library books are not eligible for this challenge! However, that doesn’t mean the book has to have been out for six months in order for the review copy to be eligible.
This challenge will work a little differently than other challenges. Instead of picking a set number of books to read during this time period, you will pick a percentage. This means that a certain percentage of the books you read during these two months will have to qualify for this challenge. For example, let’s say you pick 40% and you end up reading 10 books in October and November. 4 of those books would have to qualify for this challenge in order for you to complete it. I am setting a minimum percentage of 20%.
I’m going to go for a target of 33.% I can manage 1 in 3 surely! I mean I know there are some great new books out, or due out, and books I’ve got due from the library, but still I can manage that. I know I can…
Probably.
I’ll be keeping track of my reads and current percentage, here on this page, so keep calling back and making sure I’m keeping on track!
Current Rate: 38.46%

I love how people have just been copying my description since the challenge rules are a little too difficult to explain in your own words, LOL! Leave it to me to come up with a challenge that complicated!
Thanks for joining, and good luck!
