A to Z Challenge [2008]

In order to keep with my self appointed challenge to read more books this year, I’ve decided to sign up to the A to Z Reading Challenge, in addition to read the allotted 52 books, I’m also going to try and review them all as an additional challenge. (Links to those reviews will be added to this page from time to time, and can be read here. )

The Challenge:

  1. Align the author’s last name or the title of a book (excluding “the”, “a”, etc.) with its corresponding letter in the alphabet
  2. Enter a different book for each author and title (total of 52 books)
  3. Complete the alphabet lists anyway that suits your fancy (i.e.: complete each list separately in alphabetical order, read both “A” entries, then “B” entries, fit whatever you’re reading into either list, etc.)
  4. Complete the challenge in the year 2008
  5. Enjoy the experience!

    Welcome to the A ~ Z Reading Challenge, Bart! We are glad that you joined us! :) If you have book review posts beginning January 1, 2008 that fit the challenge, you are welcome to link them to the challenge alphabets. Happy Reading and Linking!

    What is the challenge all about?

    I can’t fill in spaces that are empty. What do you need to do?

  3. Bart says:

    @Elanor Davis

    Just click on this link (A to Z Reading Challenge) to read about the challenge.

    I’m participating in the A to Z Reading Challenge too. I’m going to have to find some titles and authors in the lower half of the alphabet soon because I only have 6 months left. The problem is, every book I want to read lately won’t fit anywhere because their letters are already taken.

    Also, thanks for commenting on my review of GONE. It is nice to know that someone gets something out of them.

    @Karin

    Yeah, it has to be said the last half is going to be a lot harder than the first to complete! :o
