A Year in Review 2014 : Reading and Site Stats

2014 Stats

Ah… It’s once again time for my favourite posts to write of the year…  I do so love working out all the stats (even when like this year, both my reading and blogging has suffered the slumps they have) – and of course deciding on my reads of the year… then changing my mind and picking them again… and then working out just how I can bend my own rules to include everything I want…

I’m really interested in the fact that your number one referrer is pinterest, too! Maybe I should start pinning collages I make for certain posts – might be nice just to find new readers. Happy New Year!!!

As, I say. I’ve never really pinned any of my own posts, I’m just lucky that one that someone else pinned, gets shared quite a bit.

I keep forgetting to link my posts to Pinterest … hummm. I love looking at stat posts. You are really balanced with male/female authors. I think I was heavily skewed to female authors this year.

I’ve never really linked up stuff myself. It’s others that have pinned stuff from my site (mostly my 50+ Dystopoian post). I was quite pleased with the balance of male/female authors this year. 🙂

You can see what people have pinned from your site by going to https://www.pinterest.com/source/yourwebisteurl.com/

Wow, your top referring site is Pinterest? How interesting, I don’t think I have really ever used that site for book stuff, but maybe I should!

Good work on a great year.
