![Not Blogging When I’m Not Blogging: I’m Listening to Music [2] AKA: New Music and Lots of It!](http://i0.wp.com/www.bartsbookshelf.co.uk/bookshelf/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Not-Blogging.png?resize=405%2C297)
A lot of my favourite artists have been releasing new music over the last week or two, more so than I can afford to buy all at once! – Thankfully Spotify allows me to whet my appetite while I get around to buying everything, so I’ve not missed out!
Inspired by Kelly’s music post, I thought I’d share some of that new music I’ve been listening to.
Kate Rusby’s celebrating 20 years in the music business this year and her new album showcases some reworked versions of tracks from her back-catalouge.
Martyn Joseph’s new album Songs for the Coming Home was also out this week, and this track Beyond Us is from it. I’m really looking forward to seeing him sing it live when I go to see him next month!
Show of Hands, are another band I’m off to see next month and they released a new album Wake the Union, a couple of weeks ago, and this track Company Town is taken from it.
I was most excited when I realised Godspeed! You Black Emperor were releasing a new album Allelujah! Don’t Bend! Ascend! a few days before it was due out last week. It’s every bit as good as their previous work.

Great samples. I’m not sure the last one is for me, but I like the others.
Never heard some of these and I liked them, esp Martyn Joseph. Thanks for sharing them.
