Sunday Salon: Gang Aft Agley
Well at the start of the week I had all sorts of plans for what to read after I had finished Fahrenheit 451, and then these arrived.
Causing a swift change to those plans, a fun problem to have of course, and then when I reached for the bookshelf this afternoon, I had a sudden hankering for a quick and easy read to throw into the mix, which of course leant itself to a bout of procrastination!
So, the plans are now to read, 84 Charing Cross Road, and then dive into The Ghost Brigades this evening.
Of course these plans are liable to change!

I haven’t read Fahrenheit 451! A school librarian for 28 years and this is a hot, hot, title. Don’t know how I just haven’t gotten around to this one. Thanks for mentioning it..

Loved Fahrenheit 451…it had addicted to Bradbury for awhile. By the way, even though I liked Fahrenheit 451, it’s my least favorite Bradbury. I want to start reading Ghost Brigades ASAP! I’m hooked on this series.

So, while Carl might have escaped Bad Bloggers points for OMW, he’ll be earning them for the rest of the series?
You will be happy you stopped for Charing. A great book for those of us who love books.
But don’t skip Fahrenheit. Powerful book.
